  Refund/Cancellation Policy: As of 4-20-2015

This verbiage below was included when you registered online for the season.


You may cancel your registration for a Full refund (minus $5 service fee) as long as you do so prior to the end of   the open registration period.

Partial refunds will be granted from the end of the registration period up until the first         practice/tryout/team placement of the season. Once the team placement/tryouts begin, NO refunds will be given.               In order to qualify for the partial refund, the drop must happen PRIOR to the first team placement/tryout date.  A partial           refund will consist of your original payment minus a $25 drop-fee. 

No refunds will be granted the day-of or AFTER the first official practice/tryout/team placement of the season. 

IF you drop after the first game of the season, your family is STILL responsible for meeting the fundraising committment for that season: (Fall - Applefest, Winter/Spring: Gala) and will be charge accordingly if not fulfilled.

Note: All uniforms and equipment issued by St. Lawrence Athletics must be turned in before refund is processed. Please send an email to  to schedule an appointment for dropping off uniform/equipment. A $150 replacement fee will be charged to your account until all pieces issued to your family are returned.
